The protection of personal information is important to UdeM. The following data will be encrypted in transit and stored 24/7 in the US on Luminate Online servers: first name, last name, consent to email communications, date of consent, ID number to authenticate you in the future. In addition, the following contact information will be stored for one month while your request is being processed and then deleted from its servers: street (1,2), city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country, title, employer, department and telephone number.
